Working Group 4: Environmental Protection & Emergency Response
The Environmental Protection & Emergency Response Working Group is currently experiencing restructuring.
The group aims at focussing on risk assessment and hazard identification, including pro-active industry inspections.
It also aims at integrating procedures and developing management plans for emergency incidents such as storms, cyclones, algae bloom, fish kills, oil spills, acid sulphate soils, sediment and endangered species protection.
